Each contract owner will know when key dates are approaching, autorenewal dates are near, or when price increases are going to go into effect.

Each contract document can also be accessed and viewed online. The contract management features of VendorINSIGHT® are fully integrated into the dashboard monitoring center, the vendor relationship document archive, and the online vendor risk assessment module.

There is no limit to the types of documents that can be easily archived and retrieved in the contract management software system. These include RFPs, RFP responses, contracts, addenda, letters and notes, vendor risk assessments, disaster recovery plans, testing results, insurance documents, and more.
