VendorINSIGHT™ centralizes your institution's contracts into one database. During the initial setup, we review each of your vendor contracts. These are loaded into your database. Throughout the vendor lifecycle, VendorINSIGHT™ will also enter new contracts and revisions, addendums or schedules to existing contracts.
Once the VendorINSIGHT™ Contract Administrator enters the contracts into the database, the contracts and all associated vendor documents are imaged and archived. These documents are accessible to you via our secure Client Access Portal.
Key dates and contract events are entered into the database. As these events and dates approach, VendorINSIGHT™ automatically notifies your designated employees by email. These alerts are also accessible to you via our secure Client Access Portal.
Critical financial data is also recorded into the database. This data provides unparalleled reporting capability for your strategic planning and budgeting purposes.
VendorINSIGHT™ periodically provides certain proprietary market analyses and reports in selected contract segments. These reports are designed to provide you with guidance during contract renegotiation and/or renewal decisions.
