Private Documents
These documents are private to your institution and include images of the original contract, contract addendums, schedules, requests for proposals and any other document you wish to associate to the contract record. The documents are categorized, indexed and easily retrievable.

Public Vendor Monitoring Documents
These documents track information that is publicly available for the top industry vendors and your strategic and high risk vendors. Documents include annual reports, SEC filings, press releases and news articles. VendorINSIGHT™ personnel and systems continually monitor public news, vendor announcements, and market information across various outlets. These outlets may include news wires, on-line news sources, third party research firms and subscriptions with third-party providers.

Your Policies & Procedures
All of your internal policies and procedures are readily accessible using this section of the secure VendorINSIGHT™ Client Access Portal. Your company can post required legal language and contract requirements so your managers can easily access the templates they need. These documents can include your standard Non-Disclosure Agreement, Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, confidentiality provisions, Information Security data breach requirements, Waiver of Jury Trial language, or other items you may want. Additionally, our VendorINSIGHT™ Program Director can work with you to develop a customized workflow to ensure that your vendor contracts contain your required contract provisions.
