The Client Access Portal allows easy access to your contract and vendor information. The portal is accessed through your Internet Browser using secure authentication credentials. The portal offers advanced filtering and sorting capabilities so you can quickly locate the information you are looking for.
- Public Vendor Monitoring Archive - Access public documents related to your vendors. VendorINSIGHTâ„¢ analysts and systems continually monitor public information outlets for information and analysis regarding industry vendors. This information is gathered, encoded and added to the vendor monitoring archive. This information includes press releases, SEC filings and news articles.

- Private Vendor Documents Archive - This archive allows you to access any private information regarding your vendor documents. It is not limited to just the contracts. Any document related to the contract can be added to this archive. This includes the Vendor Risk Assessments, SAS70 reports, addendums and RFP's.

- Contract Information - This feature allows a quick view of key contract information. This key information includes the critical data about the contract owner, description, term, renewal options and cost. From this screen, you also have easy access to the imaged contract document.

- Alerts - Each contract is monitored and your designated employees are notified as event dates and thresholds are reached via electronic alerts. The Client Access Portal tracks these alerts and allows you to easily locate specific contract alerts.

- Reports - The Client Access Portal provides unparalleled on-demand reporting capabilities. Enter a few simple parameters and you can quickly build a report showing just the information you need.

- Policies & Procedures - VendorINSIGHTâ„¢ allows you to store your internal policies and procedures regarding contract and vendor management on the Client Access Portal. All employees have on- demand access to these documents through the Client Access Portal.

- Regulatory Guidance Library - Links to many relevant regulatory guidance and compliance websites. Using the Client Access Portal, you have quick access to information from primary sources at FDIC, FFIEC, FTC, OCC and Federal Reserve.
