The Program Manager will help you:
- Review and revise your Vendor Risk Management and Contract Management Policies.
- Evaluate your current vendor risk assessment and determine whether to use the online vendor risk assessment or not.
- Develop and document a mutually-agreed upon workflow.
- Review all of your contract documents to determine if they should be included in the program and generate an abstract of each included contract for your review.
- Image and archive all of your contracts and vendor documents related to those contracts.
