VendorINSIGHT® customers are assigned a dedicated Program Manager who will assist you in all aspects of getting set up on the system and will remain as your dedicated point of contact while you are using the system.

The Program Manager will help you:

• Review and revise your Vendor Risk Management and Contract Management Policies.
• Evaluate your current vendor risk assessment and determine whether to use the online vendor risk assessment or not.
• Develop and document a mutually-agreed upon workflow.
• Review all of your contract documents to determine if they should be included in the program and generate an abstract of each included contract for your review.
• Image and archive all of your contracts and vendor documents related to those contracts.
